LANSING, Mich. — State Sen. Tonya Schuitmaker will join elected officials, representatives from the legal community and other advocates at the Crime Victim Foundation’s annual vigil on Wednesday, April 25.
The Michigan Crime Victims Vigil serves as a remembrance for victims, along with families and friends of those who have been impacted by a crime. The primary focus of this year’s event is to create a discussion on how we can better serve victims and ensure they have the resources they need.
