LANSING, Mich.—Sen. Tonya Schuitmaker announced on Tuesday that her district mobile office is open to the public.
District Director Deb Shields will be heading up the mobile office, which serves residents of Van Buren and Allegan counties, as well as the city of Kentwood and Gaines Township. Residents are encouraged to contact this office with any issues involving state departments.
“It has always been my goal to provide the highest level of service to the constituents of my district,” said Schuitmaker, R-Lawton. “Because my district now encompasses three counties, multiple meeting points will allow constituents to receive important face-to-face interactions to address their concerns.”
The mobile office will be rotating between multiple locations within the three counties. Location dates and times can be requested by contacting Shields at 269-303-5564 or by e-mail at DShields@senate.michigan.gov.
For legislative inquiries and event invites, constituents are encouraged to contact Schuitmaker’s Lansing office at 517-373-0793 or through the contact page here: http://www.senatortonyaschuitmaker.com/contact/.
